HECAC is emerged to address the environmental issues as well as to help the rural villagers who are in economically crisis, but have a strong vision to upraise their economic status. It has been involving in financial support in a sense of improving in financial support in a sense of improving various wings of environmental cases and their true solution strategies. In this sense, HECAC has been launching Livestock Breeding Project (LBP) giving certain amount to purchase a goat to villagers.
HECAC has begun its compaign purchasing some goats at Kamalabari village in which on numbers there are more then 200 goats with in this village. They are all fine and well growing . HECAC has brought LBP project to enhance its micro finance strategy in this rural village.
Selection Criteria:
- People are interested on this project
- The geographical structure and weather is very suitable for this cattle
- Villagers are much experienced in this cattle bearing.
- There are enough grass both ground and trees.
- It is easy and best way to generate income as there is always demand for goat meat
- Easy to sell and take them to the market place.
Beneficiaries
HECAC – Livestock Breeding Project (LBP) comes to produce more and more young ones goats so that it can donate goat to needy villagers in same ratio after the young goats grown in the breeding center.
This project will bring sweet benefit to many villagers. First time this project is lunch at Dhading Development Committees (V.D.C) of Dhading district. This is HECAC's on going project, and will be extend more and more among with needy villagers in the near future.

We are appy to welcome anyone who are interested to volunteer on this project. During your volunteer programs, you might visit "Breeding Centre", local farmar and villagers where they grow the goats.
