It targeted to make heavy participation from back warded women with the help of HECAC volunteers and trained manpower. HECAC named it the ' Candle Nepal' which help to promote, and arise the poor economic status  of poor class people specially involving the back warded people considering that  they are the major root of all societies which may form the face of New Nepal  if their economic status arise. Candle Nepal is long term economical arise awareness campaign  within Kathmandu valley where frequently load shading problems happen.  Hence, HECAC considers that the huge and active participation back warded women are compulsory essential and necessary to operate successfully the Candle Nepal campaign as seed ad sapling are essential to be a sound forest.

Project Strategies

To meet the stated objectives ,we the  HECAC prepare all documents and other related materials and well as human power to form Candle Nepal .It has made a research on various houses meeting directly the housewives who are very interested to work with HECAC in struggle against their economic status.

Coordination between HECAC and Candle Nepal.

As it is mentioned above that HECAC is a social organization operated to overcome environment pollution it has framed a long term environmental awareness policy opening some sister wings which may promote its campaign of environmental awareness. It also acknowledges that to araise economic status of of backwarded women and campaign of environmental awareness projet is also two  part of same coin. Candle Nepal is considered as a one sister wing  of  HECAC.

In this, connection, HECAC plays the role of push and pull in a term of leading Candle Nepal providing ALL kinds of instructions and necessary guidance's. HECAC acknowledges the economic burden of poor class people. HECAC understands that it can't be solved this problems within over night . It requires long-lasting efforts of back warded women. Keeping this fact HECAC  has  shaped a clear vision of  collecting and giving effective candle making training to these needy people under its direct supervision.

Project output

From this Candle Nepal project HECAC senses that it invites fruitful results. These activities launch in Kathmandu valley assist to widen, support and upraise economic status of poor people to face their daily needs. In this connection they will automatically feel the the importance of environment and its preserving polices.

Area for Candle Neplal projects

HECAC moves its candle producing campaign from place of Kathmandu valley forming at first Candle Nepal Women Circle .
Katmandu valley is a big city in which huge amount of candle consume. Specially in winter season due to the scarcity of enough water force this valley is heavily suffer from load shading . In this regards, Candle Nepal may fulfill the demand o f scarcity of candle producing by forming the unity of poor and back warded women circle.

After launching this project, HECAC is confident that Candle Nepal Women Circle [those women who work as the volunteer under theHECAC] may acknowledge about how to make arise economic status as well as how to keep environment clean and neat at all.
